Vietcombank buys $1 billion in Government bonds

Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (Vietcombank) has bought Government bonds worth US$1 billion from the Finance Ministry, Thoi bao Kinh te Sai Gon (Saigon Economic Times) reported online.
